I feel your pain. Here’s the thing – blogging is a tough boss.

It enslaves and imprisons you with its demands. The rewards are few and harder to get than a cheerful teen on a school morning.

You willingly work under conditions that labor unions would denounce – overtime daily, often for no pay and few benefits.

My blog is a little over 2,5 months old. It steals every waking moment –  I have brainstormed, outlined and written in the weirdest places. Think grocery line queues, the dentist or the bathroom and sometimes only mentally until I can write it down.

if you’re anything like me, your blog is an extra family member. You nurture and nourish it like a newborn, you lavish it with care to ensure growth and success.

    Having a budget before you start is a great tip. It’s so easy to spend money getting set up because there are so many amazing resources out there for bloggers! But, you have to draw the line somewhere and you have to commit to actually using the things you’re investing in. I bought Elite Blog Academy a year ago and I’m still working my way through it.
